Description

1. Stock Controlling/Monitoring; tracking and verify stock in by comparing with order list PO), make sure qualities & quantities are efficiently 2. Manage Stock out with Service Order (service & whole sales) or other documents support needed (SO) 3. Warehouse management; organizing storage with efficiently storing and handing of inventory 2. Ensures Facility is clean and organized at all times 4. Follows all hazardous waste and safety regulations and company policies 5. Heavy machinery repair skill is a plus 6. Checking JCB/FUSO/MAHANDRA/AJAX Part Number and Prices catalog 7. Tracking all customers checking spare parts both internal & external in customer fill rate 8. Checking and verifying spare parts in system is available or need to order 9. Process Re-Order form after confirmation & data all information in Master list Or-Order 10. Fill information (data input) and send to Logistic costing 11. Local purchase tracking.
