Description

As a Stock Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting visual merchandising standards, and ensuring seamless product availability on the shop floor.
You will be organised, proactive, and work closely with the Business Manager and wider REFY team to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.
This role will be part-time working across 24 hours a week over 4 days with 7am start times.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Enthusiastic and dependable with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to follow instructions while managing tasks independently.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a fast-paced retail team.
  • Physically able to lift, push, and pull stock items (up to 10kg) with care.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and brand presentation.
  • Previous experience in stock management or retail operations (especially within beauty or luxury retail) is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Manager in all stock-related operations.
  • Receive, check, and process deliveries efficiently and accurately.
  • Replenish stock to the counters regularly throughout the day to meet business needs.
  • Carry out stock counts, audits, and manage RGAs (returns) in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate stock inventory on internal systems, flagging any discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure all testers and non-saleable (NSV) stock are organised, clean, and readily available to support Visual Merchandising standards.
  • Monitor hygiene and cleaning supplies, replenishing as required to maintain a pristine environment.Keep stockrooms, counters, and all working areas tidy, organised, and health & safety compliant.
  • Communicate any stock issues, damages, or concerns to the Business Manager in a timely manner.
  • Support with any additional operational tasks as requested by the Business Manager.
