Key Responsibilities Control inventory stock in & out in warehouse Technician Stock borrow and return ( Update with Spare Part Stock Report ) Issue Delivery Note Delivery Tractor & Implement to customer , Ensure document is completely sign by customer / End user Ensure supplier charge transportation fee by follow the price list negotiated Invoice & Copy DN must submit to admin branch and send to W / S Phnom Penh. Tractor transportation fee / Estimate the expense in advance for moving plan Issue SO on Parts / Service sale Ensure Inventory is a - Ensure stock inventory are review and refill as Daily / Weekly is available to sale Keep working with AFS team to Request review Par Level , and inform to your line manager Request stock fulfillment ( Request transfer form main store Phnom Penh ) Ensure actual inventory and system is 100 % accurate. Inventory stock count Booking Truck base on delivery plan ( Sale & Refill Plan ) Process clear Transportation Invoice with Admin team Ensure follow standard of pricing negotiate Check Part Arrival Ensure Inventory is count / verify before during receive stock Storing inventory safe and right Bin Location Ensure warehouse clear and safety To minimize Inventory for damage and faults Education Knowledge and Requirements Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field Basic in English language At least 01 years experiences of Inventory and Warehouse or related field Can use Microsoft Word & Excel Good Communication, friendly, problem solving, hard-working and strong commitment How to apply?
