Description

Job Description: Make plan out all warehouse resource and activities in keeping with the company's objective and target Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security Create daily work logs and do audit of daily internal and external delivery reports. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system Suggest measure of improvement and development of warehouse Coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures Maintain and insure daily, weekly, and monthly inventory report, entry and exist status report, entry and exit status report, dead stock good age report, consumption report, manpower status to the manger. Work closely with department sale, aftersales, market and operation. Requirement : Bachelor's degree of Business admin and Accounting Good in English language Certificate of mechanic or related fields, preferably experience in maintenance and mechanic field Knowledge of general maintenance process and methods Understand warehouse process and Hand on experience with warehouse management software and databases Teamwork, Integrity, Flexible, problem solving, Planning and Organizing

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning warehouse resources, optimizing layout, and managing stock control and reconciliation. Maintains detailed inventory reports and coordinates with sales, aftersales, and operations departments.
