DAILY MAINTENANCE

· Capture daily movements of maintenance stock in the asset register.
· Issue and take receipt of working stock to engineers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· Relevant Stock Control or Inventory Management Diploma.
· 3 – 5 Years’ experience
· Driver’s License
· Valid South African ID
No criminal record

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month

JOB PURPOSE

The core purpose of the position is to:

• Provide overall inventory management to our internal and external customers in an accurate, efficient and pro-active manner in accordance to company policies and procedures.
• Provide relevant, useful and accurate reports to our internal and external customers in real time.

To maintain accurate records of all stock movements constantly in adherence to company policies and procedures

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Procurement (5%)
   · Engage with suppliers to source the best pricing for required stock while ensuring BBEEE requirements are adhered to as and when possible.
   · Ensure correct pricing is collated and reflected in Pastel
   · Advising suppliers of distribution and allocation of stock.
2. Overall Inventory Management (25%)
   · Capture stock in the asset register upon delivery
   · Issuing and receiving of functional stock in accordance with process.
   · Asset disposal in accordance with process.
   · To carry out a physical stock take on a monthly basis and reconcile to system generated stock list for customer stock.
   · Update asset register with every stock movement.
   · Bi-Annual stock take of Stowe stock
