Description

The Twenty Two is a luxury lifestyle hotel based in London. We are opening a new property with an all-day public restaurant and private members’ club located in the former Margaret Louisa Home in Union Square.
We are looking for a Stock Controller / Warehouse Manager to join our finance team.

OVERVIEW:

The Twenty Two Hotel NYC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stock Controller / Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient management of inventory and supply chain operations for our luxury hospitality property. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in inventory management within a hospitality environment, a deep understanding of Craftable (or similar inventory/procurement systems), and a proven track record in F&B Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) computation and control. This role also involves developing and managing a centralized warehouse system to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and support seamless operations across all departments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management, preferably in a luxury hospitality or high-end F&B environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Craftable or similar inventory/procurement management systems.
  • Deep understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and procurement processes.
  • Proven experience in building or managing a central warehouse system.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Oversee day-to-day inventory control across all departments, with a focus on F&B and housekeeping supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels using Craftable or other hospitality-grade procurement platforms.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of stock (FIFO), maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization.
  • Monitor inventory usage trends and report anomalies or areas for optimization.

Procurement System Oversight

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Craftable or other procurement software.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, vendor integration, and product catalog management.
  • Train team members on procurement systems and SOPs.

Warehouse Management

  • Design and establish a central warehouse system for The Twenty Two NYC to consolidate and streamline inventory control.
  • Define and manage stock receiving, issuing, and transfer protocols between the central warehouse and operating departments.
  • Oversee warehouse staff and ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

F&B COGS & Financial Analysis

  • Work with the Finance and F&B teams to accurately calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for all outlets.
  • Assist in menu engineering and profitability analysis by providing accurate product cost data.
  • Support monthly inventory close and contribute to budget and forecast planning.

Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and best pricing.
  • Monitor vendor performance and negotiate terms where necessary.
  • Ensure all stock movements are recorded, reported, and documented according to company policy.
