Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Back of House Manager, you’ll be the go-to for all things stock. From managing deliveries and inventory to keeping the floor replenished and ready to go — you’ll make sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and retail team to support a seamless customer experience, while leading the back of house operations with precision and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all stockroom operations — from deliveries to replenishment
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and lead regular stock takes
  • Collaborate with store leadership on stock allocation and placement
  • Train and support the back of house team
  • Ensure all processes meet health, safety, and company standards
  • Drive efficiency and stock integrity behind the scenes
