Description

Own stock allocation across all revenue streams, balancing availability, priority and channel-specific requirements
Hold the 3PL partner accountable for SLA adherence and for accuracy on goods in, goods out and stock holding
Build and enforce stock control processes, including replenishment cycles, stock takes, discrepancy resolution and reporting cadence
Hold deadlines across inbound and outbound movements, seasonal peaks and account-specific dispatch windows
Report on stock regularly and flag stockouts, overstocks and allocation conflicts to SLT, working with merchandising, wholesale and D2C teams to align stock to forecasts and campaigns
Manage and develop the Operations Executive, and document repeatable processes to replace ad hoc fixes
