Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery. creativity, uniqueness, and care.Responsibilities: Act as a Brand Ambassador while providing excellent customer services to customers Responsible for daily stock room maintenance in the boutique, such as: product classification, stock ordering, packaging and warehouse execution Follow the store instruction to display the goods, maintaining the clean and tidiness of good in both boutique and stock room Provide delivery services to customers and assist in the transfer of goods between stores Execute the request or ad-hoc duties assigned by the Store Manager Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in store operation, preferably in luxury retail brands Passionate in retail or service-oriented industry will be a plus Good team player and able to work under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin, basic English The Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equity.
