We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Supervisor to join our Loss Prevention team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in warehousing or retail operations, and proven leadership experience. You will work as part of a small team, that travels to various stores, assisting with the 100% auditing of all deliveries into the Goods Inwards area. This is a hands-on role that requires travel across the Central Brisbane region. A current Australian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential. What you can expect to do: Lead and support a small team conducting physical audits of incoming and outgoing stock Conduct a 100% physical check on all stock received across Central sites Conduct a physical check on outgoing stock at our Distribution Centres Coach store teams on Goods Inwards processes Provide feedback to our Merchandising team on unsafe deliveries and supplier related issues Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to ensure accurate delivery of stock Work at a different Site every week across the Central Brisbane region Be paid to travel between sites where applicable per KM.
