Through your expertise, you ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time. Leading the team of Fashion Stockists, you are responsible for steering all aspects of stock management, from orders and deliveries to inventory. WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL Client Experience & Brand Performance: You ensure that clients can seamlessly view and discover CHANEL creations without delay, thanks to efficient stock organization and accessibility. Operational Excellence: You optimize stock processes and resources, supporting the financial health and smooth operations of the Boutique. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Empowering the Stock Team & Elevating the Client Journey Accompany the team in carrying out daily stock activities Lead, coordinate, and develop the Fashion Stockist team, promoting collaboration and effective information sharing. Ensure the team fully understands and implements CHANEL’s strategy, internal procedures, and operational standards. Onboard and train new team members; provide ongoing support and regular feedback to drive team performance. Organize and animate team briefings, fostering team spirit and partnership with Sales teams and other Boutique métiers. Plan and allocate team resources, making recommendations to the Boutique Operations Manager for continuous optimization. Champion CHANEL Vital Behaviours and encourage a culture of learning and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with all Boutique teams to deliver an elevated and cohesive client experience. Driving Operational Excellence & Financial Health Oversee all stock operations, including the receipt and control of deliveries, management of customer reservations, handling of obsolete items, invoice and packaging follow-up, relabeling, and markdown organization. Manage communication processes for incoming deliveries and ensure all stakeholders are informed. Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including rotating and annual inventories, as well as remote stock inventory, in line with CHANEL procedures. Provide regular stock analysis and insights to inform sales team and propose stock optimization Identify and propose process improvements to Boutique management to optimize supply systems and logistics YOU ARE ENERGISED BY: The rich heritage and legacy of CHANEL. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or logistics, ideally within a luxury environment. Deep understanding of stock management processes and procedures. Strong team spirit and communication skills. High level of integrity and ethical standards.
