Description Stock Manager's keep things running smooth for volunteers and ministries that come in to get food. A Stock Manager must have excellent customer service and people skills as they will interact with volunteers, ministries and Volunteer Coordinators daily. Their main duty is to ensure that the cooler is stocked with plenty of items and that everything looks clean and organized. Besides maintaining the floor, Stock Manager's must be able to manage and lead the Volunteer Coordinators and volunteers. Responsibilities Keep the food selection area neat and organized and make sure our partner ministries and volunteers have a good variety to choose from. Ability to coordinate volunteers, oversee their work in displaying items and assist them if needed. Manage and lead team of Volunteer Coordinators. Keep floors clean. Answer any questions that our partner ministries may have. Requirements Must have great leadership and multitasking skills. Able to work in cold temperatures. Can work quickly and efficiently. Remain calm when it gets busy. Operate forklift (training provided) Lift up to 50 lbs. Be detail oriented and organized. Able to complete background check. Schedule This position is full-time.
