As Stock Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping our inventory organized, accurate, and flowing smoothly, so our sales team can do what they do best. You’ll play a key role in managing shipments, stock levels, and product movement across the store.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–2 years of stock, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience (retail preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable lifting boxes and being on your feet during shifts
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy retail environment
• Basic familiarity with POS systems or inventory software is a plus
• Team player who communicates well and takes ownership of their work

• Receive and process incoming shipments efficiently and accurately
• Manage inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurate and up to date
• Organize backstock and ensure the stockroom is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Communicate with store management about inventory needs, low stock, and bestsellers
• Support restocking the sales floor and preparing product for merchandising
• Train and supervise stock assistants or part-time back-of-house staff
• Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager on store operations
