Stock Representative Level: Hourly Location: Fort Wayne, IN Division / Company: Finance/Do It Best Reports to: AP Supervisor About the Role: The Stock Representative is an important role, providing administrative support for our auditing department. They will be responsible for matching invoices to receiving reports and taking deductions from vendors. Along with this, they will be matching invoices to remittances as well. Sending payments to vendors, obtaining quarterly invoices for auditing, and filing and reviewing statements are all things the Stock Representatives monitor and manage.
