About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Room Clerk to support our inventory and stockroom operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and is proficient with basic computer systems used to track and manage inventory. Responsibilities ● Inventory & Systems: ● Accurately record inventory data using our current NetSuite software. ● Work on our WMS: SNAPFULFIL ● Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or other labeling equipment. ● Perform daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual cycle counts as needed ● Stockroom Operations: ● Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms or storage areas. ● Assemble orders from stock and place orders in boxes or bins; relocate orders to a designated department. ● Follow instructions carefully for retrieving specific items from the stockroom. Key Requirements ● Familiarity with computers and basic proficiency navigating inventory software (NetSuite experience a plus). ● Physically able to complete required tasks such as walking, lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment. ● Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division. ● Proficient in English, both speaking and writing. ● Familiar with Gmail and proper email etiquette; knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word; intermediate computer skills.
