Description
Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Operations Lead to support store performance and ensure operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, executing operational processes, and maintaining a highly organized and efficient store environment. As an Operations Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team, driving operational standards, and ensuring the store runs seamlessly day-to-day. You will partner cross-functionally to support business needs while contributing to a high-performing and well-executed store experience. What You’ll Do Lead and execute inventory management processes to ensure accuracy, reduce shrink, and maintain strong stockroom organization Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, partnering with leadership to address process and system gaps Oversee daily operational functions including shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery, and supply management Maintain and uphold stockroom and back-of-house standards to support efficiency, safety, and overall store performance Support and develop brand advisors through coaching, feedback, and performance management Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Visual, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of store initiatives 2+ years of retail experience in an operations-focused or high-volume environment Strong understanding of inventory management, stockroom organization, and operational processes Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and execute in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and collaboration skills with a strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to coach and support team development The hourly salary range for this position is $24.00 to $29.00 per hour Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development VIVAIA is an equal opportunity employer.
