Mediclinic Nelspruit | Sonheuwel, Nelspruit | South Africa Closing date: 22/10/2025 Number of positions: 1 Recruiter name: Nhlanhla Samaria Mahlangu Reference number: 64595 Workplace Type: On-site Permanent Please note if you are an internal employee on a fixed term contract please apply using an external candidate profile and not your employee profile MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To ensure accurate valuation of stock in the hospital KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Ensure the accuracy of the stock master Coordinate stock holding processes in hospital Monitor and manage the accuracy of the pharmacy stock system REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 (with Maths) DESIRED EDUCATION: None REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Working in a private hospital pharmacy DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 Year stock control experience in either hospital pharmacy or theatre, Unit Administration Assistant (UAA) experience REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE AS400 system (specifically the pharmacy modules such as ordering, distribution and stock holding) Knowledge of Pharmaceutical products Business process understanding Pharmacy policies and procedures Understanding and applying the Charging Policy for Pharmaceuticals (CPP) Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Stock System management systems All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
