Overview Our Poynette manufacturing facility is currently seeking qualified candidates for Regular Full-time Stockchaser. Experience with Stand-Up Forklifts is required. This position starts out at $24.35 an hour and is a regular full time role with a complete benefits package. Responsibilities Our stockchaser/warehouse worker is responsible for making sure the assembly lines are stocked up with their correct parts, knowing where to find assembly materials, answering to calls about needed parts or pallet pickups made by the assemblers, and moving completed pallets to the shipping department. Qualifications Manufacturing experience is a plus! Candidates for these positions must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Standing forklift and/or reach truck experience required Hand/Pallet jack experience preferred RF gun experience preferred Reading and understanding instructions Ability to operate equipment, troubleshoot, and problem solve Must have a good command for the English language and be able to communicate, both written and verbally Dedication to quality and safety Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach Positive attitude and leadership skills Knowledge of lean principles desired, but not required

Responsibilities

The stockchaser is responsible for stocking assembly lines with parts and managing the movement of materials throughout the warehouse. They also handle pallet pickups and transport completed pallets to the shipping department.
