In this role, you’ll deliver Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS), help maintain Clean and Bright Stores (CABS), and prepare our FResh, Delicious, and ReaDY (FREDDY) food items where applicable. You’ll create a welcoming environment for our guests while supporting daily store operations as part of a people-first team. Job Summary: A FriendShip Stocker is responsible for delivering Wicked Awesome Customer service to FriendShip guests, and ensuring they have access to the merchandise they are looking for by organizing product displays and storage. Primary responsibilities include stocking shelves, coolers, product displays, cleaning restrooms, sweeping floors, and emptying trash cans both inside and outside. Responsibilities: Provide Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS) to FriendShip customers each day. Assists in receiving, placing, monitoring and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, coolers and freezers as needed. Identifies and communicates merchandising and sales floor operational opportunities to Store Management staff. Maintain interior and exterior store appearance according to FriendShip standards (CABs) Work with the Deli Manager to understand and execute proper deli food preparation and storage procedures & occasionally wait on customers. Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required. Regular attendance is required. * Job responsibilities may change at any time due to business needs. Skills and Competencies: Detail-oriented and organized Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Basic math and reading skills, and legible handwriting Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner. Ability to work both independently and part as a team Availability to work flexible shifts. Requirements Requirements/Qualifications: Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects Ability to work in temperatures of a cooler and freezer Achieving level 1 ServSafe Certification Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision Physical Demands and Environmental Condition RequirementsFrequent:Walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing and pulling, climbing, stooping, forward bending, squatting, reaching, use of hands and feet, exposure to hot and cold temperatures, weather, atmospheric conditions.
