Our Ginza Six store requires experienced individuals capable of supporting a fast-paced and premium retail environment. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Creator of the Polène Experience Manage product flows in and out: opening deliveries, applying stock procedures, and organizing products while maintaining an efficient and well-structured stockroom Coordinate with headquarters supply teams to report inventory information and communicate daily with the sales team regarding overstock or stock shortages Act as the link between the sales floor and stockroom by preparing and providing requested items efficiently to support the client experience 2. Contributor to Polène’s Performance Prepare and monitor inter-store product transfers and support collaboration through clear information sharing Participate in organizing and monitoring inventories (cycle counts and annual inventories), analyze discrepancies when necessary, and assist with product searches using company tools Remain versatile across operational tasks and develop strong knowledge of all product lines Understand performance objectives and proactively propose operational improvements OUR EXPECTATIONS At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury retail or leather goods Strong autonomy, adaptability, and ability to work in a high-traffic environment Sensitivity to craftsmanship, products, and the Polène universe Strong team spirit with a collaborative and supportive mindset Ability to react quickly in urgent situations and propose efficient solutions Compensation Compensation will be determined in accordance with experience and company policy, including performance-based incentives.
