AS PART OF THE OSAKA UMEDA HANKYU TEAM Polène boutiques embody our brand’s universe and attract a high-end international clientele. Due to the dynamic environment of our Osaka Umeda Hankyu store, we are looking for experienced individuals capable of supporting a high level of daily activity. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Creator of the Polène Experience Manage product flows in and out, including opening deliveries, applying stock procedures, and organizing products while maintaining an efficient stockroom environment Coordinate with headquarters supply teams to report inventory information and communicate daily with the sales team regarding stock levels, overstock, or shortages Act as the link between the sales floor and stockroom by preparing and providing requested items efficiently to support the client experience 2. Contributor to Polène’s Performance Prepare and monitor inter-store product transfers and ensure clear communication within the team Participate in organizing and monitoring inventories (cycle counts and annual inventories), analyze discrepancies when needed, and assist with product searches using company tools Remain versatile across operational tasks and develop strong knowledge of all product categories Understand objectives and proactively suggest operational improvements OUR EXPECTATIONS At least 2 years of experience in a similar stock or operations role, ideally within luxury retail or leather goods Strong autonomy, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced department store environment Sensitivity to craftsmanship, products, and the Polène universe Strong collaborative spirit and teamwork mindset Ability to react quickly to urgent situations and propose efficient solutions Compensation Compensation will be determined according to experience and company policy, including performance-based incentives.
