Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: TX - Lubbock, TX 79415 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Travel Percentage: Negligible Job Shift: Any Job Category: Warehouse JOB TITLE: Stockroom Material Handler Functions / Duties/ Responsibilities: Responsible for performing a variety of duties related to stockroom operations. Must be able to keep clear, accurate records & work with minimum supervision in an office setting. Must be able to recognize problems & take appropriate corrective actions; be an individual contributor to the stockroom operations; be directly responsible for material management. This position requires prolonged standing and walking (7 to 8 hrs. per day). Duties could occasionally be performed on nights or weekends. Current Skills / Competencies: Ability to read and follow instructions and use simple mathematics High level of accuracy and attention to detail towards material needs for production Ability to operate a personal computer and other electronic devices Experience working in an office environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must conform to special dress requirements which include wearing no cosmetics Good dexterity and ability to use the hands for handling the product Ability to prioritize daily assignment and fulfill the material needs for the wafer fab Occasional heavy lifting of parts up to 50 lbs. Pallet jack and forklift experience helpful, but not required Team player with a collaborative approach to problem solving Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Inventory management experience Proficient with Microsoft Office – especially Excel Proficient typing skills – including data entry Education/Skills Background: High School Graduate or Equivalent G.E.D.
