SPAR Eastgate, an award-winning convenience retailer in Cork, is on the hunt for a vibrant and hard-working Stockroom Retail Assistant to join our team at SPAR, Little Island.
This is a part-time position – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with early start times (5/6 a.m.) and early finish times (10/11 a.m.), making it ideal for someone seeking part-time hours.
This is a 3 day-a-week role with no evenings or weekends, offering an excellent work-life balance.
Please note that additional hours are available for candidates seeking more hours or a full-time position.

· To unpack the deliveries and ensure all delivered goods are placed in the correct areas.
· To follow delivery procedures and ensuring stock is accurate and secure
· To follow delivery paperwork and identifying and escalating any discrepancies
· To transfer stock between the stockroom and the shop floor.
· To keep the stockroom looking tidy and well organised to allow better visibility and to promote a safe working environment
· To be aware of all stock shortages and to inform Manager of shortages when they are discovered.
· To ensure stock levels are maintained.
· To provide a great stockroom environment by organising and allocating the stock while supporting and helping colleagues from the shop floor
· To ensure store standards are consistently achieved in terms of housekeeping, merchandising, presentation, and service.
· Any other duties that may be assigned to you by store management.
