Position OverviewThe Stocktaking Counter performs physical inventory counts, asset verification, materiel identification, inventory reconciliation support, barcode application, and related warehouse activities at DND facilities

• ResponsibilitiesPerform physical inventory counts
• Record quantities, serial numbers and batch information
• Verify manufacturer part numbers and inventory details
• Identify inventory discrepancies
• Conduct recounts as directed
• Verify condition tags and labels
• Verify shelf-life information where applicable
• Identify damaged or expired materials
• Return inventory to designated locations
• Affix inventory labels and barcodes
• Complete count sheets and supporting documentation
• Support warehouse inventory activities
