About the Role As a Line Cook, you’ll be hands-on in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, preparing and plating food that matches our high standards. You’ll work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure every guest gets an exceptional experience. This is a tip-eligible position and a great opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic brewery kitchen. What You'll Do Prepare and cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other menu items using grills, broilers, ovens, fryers, and other equipment Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and quality Expedite orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH teams Assist with events and special menus as needed Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations Rotate inventory and ensure proper food storage and freshness Support training and teamwork on the line Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations What We Ask ForReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
