LEADING STONE CROPPER - STONE CROPPING SHED

Reporting to the Production Lead, you will be a Team Leading Operative working alongside a team of Stone Operatives / Croppers. As the Leading Stone Cropper you will be required to make sure the team produce quality products and meet the required production quota along with conformance to the companies policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
You will be required to monitor / check and be the first point of contact for the team as well as supporting where possible, the production of the companies building and walling products.
The right person will be a “no nonsense” individual that is effective in leading a manual workforce.

• Strong / concise communication skills
• Leadership qualities
• Proven Team Leading experience desired but not essential
• Driving license
• Use to working in an external environment e.g. construction.
