POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Stone Digital Templating Technician, you will be responsible for creating accurate digital templates for countertops, vanities, and other custom stone projects. You’ll work closely with our design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure flawless execution from template to finished product.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in stone countertop templating (digital laser preferred).
• Strong understanding of stone fabrication processes and installation requirements.
• Proficiency with digital templating software (e.g., Laser Products, Proliner, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and occasionally assist with material handling.

• Travel to job sites to measure and digitally template stone surfaces using laser templating equipment.
• Communicate with clients on-site to confirm details and ensure project specifications are correct.
• Interpret design drawings, blueprints, and site conditions to produce accurate digital files for fabrication.
• Upload, label, and organize templates in accordance with company processes.
• Work closely with the fabrication team to ensure precise cutting and finishing.
• Maintain templating tools, equipment, in excellent condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and uphold our high-quality standards.
