Fabricator (Full-Time | 1st Shift) Pay: $18/hour + Overtime Available Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance + Company-Provided Uniforms & PPE Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bonding and assembling materials such as marble, granite, and quartz. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Combine and laminate marble, granite, and quartz components Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and fabrication drawings Operate tools and equipment such as air grinders, clamps, glue guns, and overhead cranes Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy Measure components using precision measuring tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in lamination/bonding and fabrication Experience using precision measuring instruments Overhead crane experience required Mechanically inclined with experience using hand and power tools Basic math skills (measurements, addition, subtraction) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and handling heavy materials Additional Requirements: Must comply with company dress code and PPE policies, including shaving facial hair for safety purposes Please note that there is a background check and a drug screening for the position.
