POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Stone Worktop Labourer Trainee who shares our commitment to quality. This role is all about precision, professionalism, and doing the job right first time. You’ll be the face of Discovery Stone on-site, working in customers’ homes and on projects that demand care, attention, and a flawless finish.

• Help Deliver and install various types of stone worktops to the highest standard.
• Learn how to Use seam setters, resins, and polishing tools to achieve seamless joins.
• Represent Discovery Stone professionally in clients’ homes and on building sites.
• Communicate clearly with customers and the office team to ensure smooth installations.
• Troubleshoot on-site if needed, always with a calm and solutions-focused mindset.
• Keep tools, van, and materials well organized and maintained.
