ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced Shapers & Labourers to join our skilled team at Dream Bench Tops in Yatala, Queensland. This is a casual position with immediate availability.
Monday to Friday hours 6-3pm
Experienced Shapers would be prefered, however training will be provided and this is a great oppertunity to learn a new trade and gain experience in the industry.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Shapers

• Shaping 20 and 40mm mitred edge stone surfaces to create high-quality bench tops and other stone product
• Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate product fabrication
• Collaborating with the team to meet production targets and delivery deadlines
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Labourers

• Using inhouse system
• Heavy lifting
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Onsite Labouring

• After assisting in lift in and install you are responsible for clean ups after site,
• Collecting tools/products used at install
• Maintaining a clean and tidy tool box and vehicle.
• Professional communications onsite and in public spaces

In Factory Labouring

• Assisiting Machine operators unloading machines, running line polisher, learning various aspects of the trade.
• Collaborating with the team to meet production targets and delivery deadlines
