Reports to- Ownership/CEO
Salary Range- Competitive Base Salary ($80,000), commensurate with experience and performance incentives

Stoney’s Brewing Company is a proud, historic beer brand with over 125 years of tradition. We produce high quality, approachable beers that represent our community and heritage. With approximately $1 million in annual sales, we are poised for growth and are seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead our brewery operations and business strategy.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brewery’s day to day operations, sales, and strategic growth. This role combines leadership, business acumen and a passion for beer. The GM will ensure Stoney’s remains efficient, profitable and positioned for sustainable expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3-5 years plus on management experience in brewing, beverage or consumer goods.
· Strong background in operations, sales and financial management.
· Knowledge of the beer industry, distribution networks, and regulatory requirements.
· Proven track record of growing revenue and market share.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to be both strategic and hands-on.

· Leadership and Operations

• Oversee daily brewery operations, ensuring qulaity, safety and efficiency.
• Manage production schedules with Supply Chain Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all state/federal alcohol regulations.
