This role is essential in managing multiple concurrent storage initiatives within a rapidly evolving environment. The Storage Architect will have significant accountability, resourcefulness, and independence, driving the design and delivery of storage architecture across various projects while serving as a reliable technical partner. Success in this role is measured by the effectiveness of outcomes, emphasizing practical solutions and clear communication. Adaptability in shifting priorities is crucial to ensure timely project delivery. \n Accountabilities Own the end-to-end design, execution, and delivery of storage architecture initiatives across 4–6 active projects per month. Serve as the primary technical owner for storage outcomes, from requirements through implementation and stabilization. Architect, evaluate, and evolve storage solutions in a rapidly changing environment. Act as a customer-facing technical lead, clearly communicating design decisions, tradeoffs, and recommendations. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing requirements while maintaining delivery timelines. Partner with offshore teams for after-hours operations to ensure continuity and quality. Balance speed and quality, applying pragmatic decision-making to avoid over-engineering. Provide guidance and technical leadership without micromanagement. Requirements 8+ years of experience in enterprise storage engineering or architecture roles. Proven experience owning and delivering storage projects independently. Strong background designing and supporting modern enterprise storage platforms. Experience managing multiple parallel initiatives in fast-moving environments. Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Demonstrated ability to take ownership, make decisions, and be accountable for outcomes.
