Description

As a Junior Storage & Backup Engineer, you will support storage and backup operations, assisting senior engineers in monitoring, maintenance, and data protection. You will gain hands‑on experience in enterprise environments while learning best practices for ensuring data integrity and availability. What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed Assist in implementing storage and backup solutions. Monitor backups and storage utilisation, reporting issues and anomalies. Support troubleshooting and resolution of storage and backup problems. Maintain documentation of configurations and processes, learning best practices. We'd Love to Hear From You If... Experience You have up to two years of experience in storage or system administration. You have exposure to enterprise environments or training in data protection. Technical Expertise You understand basic SAN/NAS concepts. You are familiar with backup tools such as Veeam. You have knowledge of file systems and storage fundamentals. You can perform basic troubleshooting and follow documented procedures. Ways of Working You are detail‑oriented and ensure accuracy in tasks. You are eager to learn and grow in storage and backup engineering. You collaborate effectively with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams. You communicate clearly and document processes for consistency. You adapt flexibly to operational requirements and continuous learning opportunities. Assignment Details Contract Duration: 5 years (1 Jul 2026 – 30 Jun 2031) Shift: 24×7 support for Tier‑1 & Tier‑2; 8×5 for Tier‑3 non‑production
