Description:
STORAGE ENGINEER | GOVERNMENT CLIENT | PARRAMATTA
FinXL is seeking an experienced Storage Engineer to join a government client on a 12-month contract based in Parramatta. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading IT professional services firm while contributing to large-scale storage infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in optimising enterprise-level IBM Spectrum Scale and NetApp storage solutions in a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise IBM Spectrum Scale, IBM SVC, and IBM TSM storage environments.
- Configure and maintain IBM Tape TS4500 ATL and SAN Brocade Networking.
- Provide support and administration for NetApp storage solutions.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure high availability of storage systems.
- Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to align storage solutions with business needs.
- Contribute to storage architecture, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
