The Skills that are Good to Have for this role

• Knowledge of hypervisor technologies such as Openstack, VMWare & OLVM(Oracle Hypervisor) flavor is a huge plus
• Knowledge on any scripting languages.
• Basic knowledge on Cloud technology.
• Experience with Veritas products like Storage Foundation/Veritas Cluster Server is a plu

Job responsibilities include:

• You will engage in multiple Storage & server day to day tasks, including conducting complex operational support Responsible for Incident, change, release & problem management process
• Drive project-based work as needed (Customer requests, Migrations, Patching & Compliance, code upgrades etc)
• Drive and contribute on Incident calls to mitigate and resolve the issue; provide updates to management
• Drive issues on hardware, configurations, performance tuning, to resolution
• Identify & prioritize opportunities for automation, enhancement of existing automation and improving stability across the infrastructure components in partnership with DCS Agile team leaders as well as key stakeholders
• Be very comfortable with ITSM processes and perform the job role under ITSM and other company policie
