Job Overview Responsibilities To supervise the daily work of its subordinate. To ensure the right goods is received and receiving record is correctly done. Store items in the store must be kept and placed properly, neatly and systematically. The issuance of stock items must be correct and according to the requisition which is fully authorized. To keep a full record of all store documents properly in the office. To liaise with Purchasing Department and user department concerning the goods ordered and received. Ensures that merchandise received by the hotel is supported by proper documentation such as purchase order, market list, etc. Inspects the received goods, making note of any damages and discrepancies, and immediately reporting the same. To keep the store neat and clean. To co-operate with the Accounts Payable for proper recording of stock received and issued and its subsequent payment. To prepare monthly inventory report for all store items. To keep the minimum level of stock and sufficiently support the hotel operation. Performs all duties, other than above, as requested by the Hotel Management, company policy and/or the direct supervisor. Responsibilities (Con't) Requirements Individual should have Secondary school graduate  Experience of local Food & Beverage market condition is preferable. Working knowledge of food and beverage and general items. Knowledge of using Personal Computer software, e.g. spreadsheet.
