QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
• Excellent organisational abilities to maintain stock levels and store presentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
• A friendly demeanour with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products for their needs.

• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise effectively.
• Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, ensuring basic maths skills are applied for cash handling.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
• Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.
