Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales cum Merchandiser to join our team at our Al Barsha outlet. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in fashion, garments, or clothing merchandising, with a strong understanding of product presentation, customer engagement, and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Ensure attractive visual merchandising and product displays in accordance with company standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of merchandise.
Arrange, organize, and maintain clothing and fashion displays to maximize sales. Ensure products are properly tagged, priced, and displayed.
Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the assigned section.
Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and provide feedback to management.
Assist in stock receiving, inventory checks, and stock transfers when required.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising.
Prior experience in fashion, apparel, garments, or clothing retail is mandatory.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good understanding of visual merchandising principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic English communication skills required; additional languages will be an advantage.
Currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately preferred.
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
