We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic JC London team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping experience.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered in-store.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Restock shelves and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Participate in inventory management, including stock counts and organisation.
• Stay updated on promotions, sales, and new product launches to inform customers effectively.
