Supporting the manager in the daily operations of the store
Contribute to sales performance and the achievement of objectives
Supervise, motivate and mentor sales associates
Providing excellent customer service in accordance with Spirit standards
Participate in merchandising, price changes, stock management, and store organization.
Open and close the store as needed and ensure the protection of company assets
Supervise store operations in the absence of the manager.
Distribute tasks and monitor the team's work
Supporting employee and cashier training
Supervise cash handling, cash balancing, and bank deposit procedures
Participate in the setup and dismantling of the store at the beginning and end of the season
