Additionally, we offer education, business consulting and other forms of support for today’s licensed beauty professional. We are currently seeking a Store Assistant to assist with duties including, but not limited to, in store merchandising, customer service, and POS transactions. What You’ll Do: · Be readily available to assist and support incoming customers, providing a high level of customer service with a goal of 0 customer complaints. · Engage customers with excellent customer service to make them feel welcome and comfortable in store. · Contribute to sales and inventory goal attainment through promotion of products and excellent customer service. · Assist in outbound customer communications by conducting outbound calls, sending or emailing thank you notes, and inviting customers to company held events. · Maintain current knowledge of products and promotions to effectively assist customers. · Assemble and disassemble Merchandise and Promotional Displays in a timely manner at the beginning and end of promotional periods. · Manage and maintain stock in store. · Maintain a clean and presentable environment for customers. · All other duties as assigned. Requirements Who You Are: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated in a clear, concise, accurate, timely and professional manner. · Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude. · Comfortable with the use of computers. · Comfortable working with numbers, able to apply basic mathematical concepts. · Stand and/or sit continuously to perform job functions for a full shift. · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Nice-to-Haves: · Previous cash handling experience preferred. · At least 1 year Retail Sales experience preferred.
