Job Title: Store Assistant Location: UAE Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Assistant to support our warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in manufacturing plants, specifically in plastic cans, packing materials, and lubricants production. The role requires accuracy, responsibility, and strong coordination skills to ensure smooth material flow within the factory. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials including plastic cans, packaging materials, raw materials, and lubricants. Arrange, store, and maintain inventory in the designated storage areas following company standards. Issue materials to production departments as per approved requests and maintain accurate records. Perform daily stock updates in SAP and ensure all entries are accurate and timely. Conduct regular stock counts and support monthly/annual inventory processes. Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of shortages or potential delays. Ensure proper labelling, handling, and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss. Coordinate with the procurement, production, and quality control teams for smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area at all times. Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in stores/warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment (plastic cans, packaging materials, or lubricants preferred). Must have hands-on experience with SAP inventory modules. Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation. Good communication and basic computer skills. Flexible to work long hours when required based on operational needs. Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks when needed. Team player with a responsible and proactive attitude.
