As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for offering fast and friendly customer service in our gas station. The Store Associate is responsible for performing all cashiering, stocking, cleaning and customer service duties that focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.

SKILLS

• Proven work experience as a Retail Store associate, Sales representative or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and stock cases that can weigh up to 50 pounds
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Ability to understand and comply with company policies and procedures relating to the safe and proper handling of convenience store and petroleum products
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• High school degree
