  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments for FedEx, DHL, and Purolator, including packaging, labeling, scanning, and customer pickups/drop-offs.
  • Assist customers with Rogers and Fido mobile plan activations, upgrades, account inquiries, and accessory sales.
  • Greet customers and answer questions regarding phone, tablet, and computer repair services.
  • Create repair tickets, collect customer information, and update customers on repair status.
  • Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
  • Receive, organize, and replenish inventory.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  • Follow company policies and operational procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
