Job Description About the job Support the Multi-Store BNOM and all store teams across locations in steering each store towards growth, optimal performance, and sustained long-term profitability. This is done in alignment with IKEA’s objectives and values, ensuring the desired balance between customer, commercial, people, financial, and operational perspectives across the entire store network. Your assignment Support the BN manager in the business plan, budget and forecast process by translating the store’s strategy and goals in Profit & Loss (P&L) scenarios using financial analysis and benchmarking. Track the store budget, activity and campaign goals, through close follow-up on actions taken and provide regular updates to store management on the store financial position and recommend improvement measures in case of deviations and potentials, always working closely with the different business areas. Provide relevant and user-friendly business information on the store’s performance KPIs by training users how to use and interpret standard reports, securing correct and clear communication of daily sales figures, analysing trends or deviations where insight is needed. Supporting the sales team in converting performance insight into actions towards maximizing business opportunities in the most efficient and effective way. This responsibility involves tasks such as supporting the sales shopkeepers on the sales floor, using lay-out as a commercial tool to navigate sales, steer margin in the most optimal way; co-creating with the Store Commercial Team the strategies for affordability (Low and Lowest Price); working closely with Store Business Analyst Cost to balance product choice – EDS and SPA, in the best possible way whilst securing commerciality at all times. Understanding the IKEA range and commercial priorities to support and contribute to the commercial agenda. Acts as coach for sales teams on the floor emphasizing the importance of 4 aces and 1 King and other commercial growth drivers. Identifying business opportunities which will grow sales and improve gross profit by using all available information and benchmarking with other stores. Supports business steering through analyzing benefits, costs and investments and developing business cases to ensure that we invest in projects that give a good return on investment, exceeding our customers’ expectations, whilst securing our long-term profitability. Ability to connect financial data, non-financial data and customer insights (Pulse CX / surveys) to support business improvements. Qualifications Your profile Good overview of customer experience processes. Ability to read and communicate in English. Focused on driving long-term business growth and profitability Curious and proactive in analysing reports to suggest improvements Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; results-oriented and process-driven Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Excellent teamwork and communication skills, especially in multicultural and cross-functional environments Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related field Familiar with ERP and financial tools (e.g., TM1, MVBC, Qlik Sense, Excel, PowerPoint) Willing to work in retail settings, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts Additional Information Please apply by 1st October 2025
