As Store Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the overall performance of your store—delivering an exceptional customer experience, building a high-performing team, and driving sales and profitability. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leading a passionate and professional team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Driving sales results and exceeding store KPIs
• Coaching, developing and mentoring team members to grow their retail careers
• Ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and stock management
• Creating a store culture that reflects the MJ Bale brand and values

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Proven experience managing a fashion/lifestyle retail store (1–3 years minimum)
• A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and retail operations
• A natural leadership style with a focus on collaboration, coaching and accountability
• Passion for styling, tailoring, and premium customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
