Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Front of House Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the leadership team of our Newtown store, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll lead by example, training and guiding our fantastic team to deliver the exceptional service we’re known for.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations.
- Train and mentor food and beverage attendants, offering feedback and guidance.
- Master our menu to provide excellent recommendations to customers.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Serve all food and beverages professionally and courteously.
- Participate in leadership meetings and workshops.
