For more information, visit www.pepsico.com. Responsibilities Job Overview: Responsible for the physical receipt of goods inwards and the issue of stock against appropriate requisitions. Stock and stores items are in good order and keep the warehouse clean. Receiving Goods are received accurately, quality controlled and stored securely GRV raw material Perform cross check Ensure documents are correct with PO number Do truck inspection before receiving stock Check quality/quantity of received materials Weighbridge on incoming raw materials Assist in receiving packaging material Despatching Goods movement recorded accurately and on time Goods are issued as per requisition and on time Admin Stock Count Perform daily raw material stock count for raw material and animal feed Perform monthly stock count at the plant and external warehouse House Keeping Ensure the Warehouse/Store is neat and tidy Perform inspection Report on sighting of infestation or rodent activities Ad hoc Function Assist at silo intake, to receive tanker of rice Arrange filling of gas toxin tablets in dispensing machine Monitor plant for infestation and rodent activities Assist in spraying, areas with infestation Shift work when required at intake Control equipment incl. crates, pallets, scales and forklifts Qualifications Matric (Math’s) Tertiary Education will be an advantage 3 years relevant experience in food processing plant and IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Experience in FMCG advantageous Health and safety standards “PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
