The Position
This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and motivated individual to join the team as a Store Coordinator in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Monday to Friday 6am- 2pm.

The position is responsible for:

  • Inventory management - Monitoring incoming purchase orders and container unpacking for the Branch
  • Monitoring pending stock transfers and consignment stocks
  • Checking store reports, entering stock and reprinting store reports.
  • Organising and writing consignment notes
  • Conducting stocktake, analysing and investigating stock discrepancies
  • Stock checks & locations - Organising the product and stock within the warehouse
  • Raise stock conversions and stock transfers for conversions
  • Raise transfers for the return of empty intermediate bulk containers (IBC’s) from customers
  • Investigate and resolve quality problems in ERP systems
  • Print and despatch Emergency Information Panels (EIP’s)
