About the Role:
The Sales Coordinator is a vital part of the sales team and is responsible for ensuring the Semper Laser values and standards are consistently applied in all client interactions. He/She will be responsible for converting guests to clients, retaining clients, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. With a keen eye toward brand integrity and a consistent voice, the incumbent must create a positive work environment and possess confidence in promoting laser hair removal services while providing superlative customer service to help the team reach company goals.

Sales Coordinator
Duties:
- Assist the sales team in managing and growing key accounts
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Support business development efforts by generating leads and qualifying prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide administrative support such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate sales events, trade shows, and conferences
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management role
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
